My name is  Ossie Vaughn, and I am the owner of O. Vaughn Virtual Services.  I am a wife and a mother of 3 pretty cool kids.  I love dancing, singing, working out, and spending time with my family and friends.  Since I could remember, I have been passionate about business ownership and being my own boss.  I have a degree in Human Resources Management and have worked in the insurance industry and in various HR roles over the years.  In my younger years I worked in the retail and restaurant industry.  I have managed stores and delivered food to tables.  I have worked in production factories and sat at the table with sanitation workers and CEO's.  My past work experience culminated in my desire to mesh all the skills I obtained from those jobs into a business that would be beneficial to the smallest business owner.  What I came to realize was that having a full time employee does not always equate to productivity.  I learned that narrowing one's focus for a small specific amount of time can actually be more efficient than having a full time staff person.   From that awareness, O. Vaughn Virtual Services was born.  I get so excited when I am able to help fellow business owners make better use of their time by retaining my services.  I have been able to help small businesses owners save money and get focused on the things they need to do to move their businesses forward.   I have serviced private sector as well as government entities, but I cannot lie, the small business is truly my first love.
